Beth is a warm, inclusive, and culturally attuned therapist providing mental health care to older children, adolescents, and adults. Her work centers on trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, identity, self-esteem, and life transitions — including complex spiritual and religious challenges that don't always have a comfortable home elsewhere. She approaches each client with curiosity and compassion, honoring their agency as an essential part of the healing process.
Beth's practice is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Gestalt, and various experiential techniques. She is a certified Basic Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) practitioner, and will complete advanced ART training in May 2026. She has also finished all requirements for Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy (SIP), with certification pending full licensure. Beth completed her clinical internship in a community mental health environment, and subsequently earned her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University in 2024.
Outside the office, Beth moves through life slowly and with intention — savoring quiet mornings, unhurried walks, and the small, present-moment things that make ordinary days feel full. She lives in the northern part of the Upstate with her partner, three children, and their family dog.
